DRV10983: How can set DRV10983?

HI :

I am useing DRV10983 .Lay out PCBA according DRV10983 datesheet. .However, when i connect BLDC's u v w wire , and power up 12V . motor can not run . just fluctuate.

Speed signal I used 3.3V . I wander how can run motor up ?do i need set some parameters in DRV10983 originally ?

I know there is a GUI can control DRV10983 through usb-i2c connection . but ,when i download "SLOC312C" . I can not open it . how can I install the software ?

oh. janet:
when I download it , it must be rename as ".zip" . that is ok .

but , another question is : how can i ge "USB-i2c" connecter?

Once you get EVM kit the kit will go with it. and how to connect from PC ->USB2ANY->EVM, please reference DRV10983EVM Quick Start Guide as www.ti.com/.../slyu022.
