DRV8305: temperature variation of OTW_CLR and OTSD_SET

Dear all,

Could you teach me about temperature variation of OTW_CLR and OTSD_SET?

At automotive grade, min/max value is written, but catalog grade is not.

And typical value of these specification is different between both grades.

Hi Yamamoto-san,

For the industrial device datasheet, the test conditions were different in comparison to those run on the automotive grade part. The automotive grade devices has more specification in comparison to the industrial device, so these spec items are displayed differently.

Ultimately these circuits are the same between devices, however the specifications are displayed different between the two datasheets.

I have understood that test condition is different between industrial and automotive grade.
However, how could I think about temperature variation of OTW_CLR and OTSD_SET?
How margin should I think over temperature?
