DRV10983EVM: USB2ANY trouble

Dear all.

I have USB2ANY.
I installed "LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2017 - (32-bit) - Windows - Windows 10/8.17 (SP1) 32-bit/7 (SP1) 64-bit/Server 2012 R2 64-bitServer 2008 R2 64-bit" and my PC is windows7/64bit.
But DRV109xxEVM GUI can't open.
The error message is "LabVIEW engine was not found".
Do you understand this cause?

Hey Pan,

Can you install LabVIEW runtime engine 2014 and see if the problem persists? The link is shown below.

www.ni.com/.../

Our users have reported it is compatible with Windows 10 even though the description does not say so on National's webiste. If the problem continues, please reinstall the GUI and see if the problem if fixed after LabVIEW 2014 is installed.

I tried uninstall of all previous driver and install your recommended driver and GUI.
As a result, I was able to open GUI.
