Hi Rick,

I'd like to predict the V3P3 voltage at Tj=100°C.
I can measurable the value of V3P3 at room temp.
This information is necessary for that.
Is this device has bandgap reference for internal regulator?
I think, if I get to know the temp drift of bandgap or internal regulator, i able to predict the true V3P3 output voltage.

Hi ACGUY,

Sorry for the delay.

As the temperature increases from 25C to 100C, you can expect the V3P3 voltage to increase ~.25mV/degree C.

The device has a bandgap.
