Hi team,
The customer has 4 DRV595EVM boards. He uses 4 different input voltages, there are 4 different output voltages.
All EVM boards are default setting. Please check the attach for the test result.
The customer thinks only EVM4 is fine. And the red line test values are incorrect.
For the EVM1, when +IN=3.3V/IN=3.3V, it should output 0V. But the test result is 10.63V.
When +IN=0V/-IN=3.3V, it should output -10.63V. But there is no output for the test reslut.
For the EVM2, when +IN=3.3V/IN=3.3V, it should output 0V. But the test result is 10.63V.
For the EVM3, when +IN=3.3V/IN=3.3V, it should output 0V. But the test result is 10.63V and it is the positive output.
Are the customer's test results and the opinions correct? Would you provide some suggestion for the customer's tests.
