DRV8833: Quick Check on pin voltages

Hi Team,

Customer has a DRV8833 running off of a 4.3V VM voltage and 3.3V logic on the bridge inputs but wants to connect nSLEEP to 5V. 

This does not violate any of the recommended conditions on the datasheet. Can you confirm this does not cause a long term issue? I suspect it is not since we have an internal regulator biasing the internal circuitry.
