DRV10983EVM: Problem connection Any

Part Number: DRV10983EVM
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: USB2ANY,

Good morning, I'm trying the demoboard in question.
with the configuration of the attached Any2USB I can not access with the DRV109xx EVM application.
Are the set parameters of the USB2Any correct?

Tested on two PCs. One with Windos 7 and the other with Windows 10.
Thanks.

  • Hello Giovanni,

It looks like your firmware is up to date and we know that the software can work on both windows 10 and windows 7 so those shouldn't be a problem.

Here's something things I'd like to confirm:

    • Are you running the program as an administrator and do you have adminstrator rights to the computer you are working on?
      • If not, you will need administrator rights for the DRV10x to write and access the labview run-time engine that we use
    • Did you install the LabVIEW Run-Time Engine 2014?
      • If you did not, this software is necessary for the software to work correctly. Install the software and reinstall the DRV10x GUI software
    • Is the yellow LED on the USB2ANY illuminated and steadily on (i.e. not flashing)?
    • If the LED is flashing, simply unplug the USB2ANY from both the board and the computer and plug it back in. The LED should remain on at this point

After all steps, please start the GUI and make sure the DRV10983EVM is powered up correctly as outlined in the DRV10983 EVM User's Guide Quick Start Guide section.

Let me know if this doesn't work.

    Thanks,

    -Cole
