Hi,

Greetings!

Wish to develop Universal IR Remote Control Unit.
Please share with me needed technical information such as Application Note, Sample Schematic, Evaluation Board etc
Also please let us know whether storing the infrared codes of various appliances is better method or generating remote codes for various appliances (like Television, Air conditioner, Set Top Box etc) run time is a better method.
 
Based on the above reply please let us know where from to get infrared code database? or information on less popular protocols and generating appliances remote codes.
