I am recreating PMP11282 in maker-friendly format using Kicad. The only parts I am unsure of is L800 and L804. TDK does not disclose the core size or material. I actually took a ruler to my computer monitor (fraught with peril, I know!) to estimate the E-core thickness at 24mm for an area of 2.5 sq cm. That is big, bigger than be had with a toroid core. But is it really that big? I don't have that part in hand, but you just might. Could you take a ruler to the real part and improve my guesstimate on the magnetic area?
