Please find below minimum requirements of PowerPC & suggest suitable part  :

-          Operating frequency: max.400 MHz to 500 MHz

-          No of cores/Bus width: 1 core/32 Bit

-          Communication Interface: CAN, USB

-          RAM controllers : DDR2/DDR3

-          Operating System support: QNX
