The Schematic in PMP10100 RevA is published on your website is missing a page.
Just take a look at the Schematic.
The signal 'Gatedrv_out' is driven by gate driver, UCC27531/2DBV (as seen in the PCB design data and BOM), but that particular section is missing.
It would save us a lot of time if you sorted this out.

Hi David,
thank you for your email and your hint! The PMP10100 was built on a 2 switch flyback board PMP10035_RevA. Unfortunately in the schematic the name of the signal "Gatedrv_out" is wrong. It should be called "out". That means that the signal "out" is connected with "gatedrv_out" and is not driven by a gate driver. Where did you get the information that the gate driver UCC27531 is used? This gate driver is not listed in the BOM below:
