Sample checkout is broken !

I cannot seem to check out samples anymore, its been 6 months ago since our company requested samples, the notification on the web outputs broken English, saying "Please remove this sample or ", what does it even mean ?

Out of curiosity,the console window in chrome, keeps printing "test1" (on the ti checkout page), seriously web guys ? 

Please advise.

    I understand it is frustrating when encountering website problems.  Since E2E is for device-related issues, please access the TI.com home page and toward the bottom there is a link for website issues: Website feedback .

    On the resultant page, you'll be presented a drop-down menu for *  Issue type , select: IC Sample request (or EVM samples request), then fill out the required information.

    Alternatively, you can go to the Feedback Support page: http://www.ti.com/guidedsupport/docs/directlink.tsp?categoryId=519 , or Call TI support .
