Can't use search function in Chrome browser

Hi team,

Do you have experience that can't use search function in Chrome browser?

I can use search function with IE but can't do that with Chrome.

Another question is that, how to search a topic in a specific forum?

Cheers,

Alex

  • Alex,

Haven't run into any issues searching in Chrome myself or seen issues with others. Can you detail out the steps you are taking and/or specific issues you are running into when trying to search in Chrome so we can review and troubleshoot further?

For searching by a keyword or topic enter as concisely as possible the part (most commonly used will yield higher results) and words that best capture the issue or type of topics/answers you are looking for. For searching an individual Forum browse to the Forum you want to search in and use the search at the top. The drop-down of search results will by default show results only in that Forum.

Note if you click enter or on the magnifying glass it will take you to an advanced search results page with results from across all of E2E.

More details on using search can be found here.

    Black,

I have fixed this problem after clearing the browser temporary data and history record. Thank you for the help.

Clearing the browser cache did not help for me. I still get the issue as described in the thread below:

Looking into this. It seems to have something to do with screen resolution. I can reproduce it at 3840x2160 but not at 1680x1050. Will continue to investigate.
