Can't reply to my post

Hi,

I posted a question yesterday and got two responses but I cannot reply to either of them.

Can the administrator sort this for.

I see others have had this issue.

  • Hi Andy, are you seeing any error messages? Can you click the Reply button at all? Try completely clearing your cache and trying again. Let me know if that helps. There doesn't appear to be anything wrong with your account in E2E.

    I get a little message at the bottom left of screen that says see next reply if it will alow this one and then of cource the problem ahs gone

    Obviously works now including my bad grammer.

    Also by the by we've just had an update from AVG business and we're getting tons of falase positives. May be part of the problem but this hapened today and the original issue was noticed yesterday.

    Could the virus scanner issue.

    I did see a little red box flash up in th ebottom left of screen with a message like see you administrator. Looks like a local issue at the moment.

    Right! When replying on my original THREAD (sorry been using post) I'm getting a red box with
    "An error occurred. Please try again or contact your administrator."
    but this this does not come up on this thread so still an issue somewhere.

    Looks like the problem is local to you unfortunately. I am able to impersonate you in E2E (as Administrator) and reply to the thread in the CCS forum. Did you clear your cache completely and/or try using a private browsing window to reply? If that doesn't work, you could try rebooting to see if that clears the issue.

    Doesn't work from IE as well as Chrome.
    Now both sit there with the rotating arrow.
