Subtitle Download

Hello

Actually I have learned many things with TI's datasheets and application notes.

now I want to watch all TI Precision Labs videos.

under each videos there is a transcript (subtitle) but when I download the subtitle it's a simple text file without timing. I mean I can not load the subtitle in a media player. I should print the transcript.

is there any subtitle with timing?

(my English is not excellent so sometimes during a video I need to look at the subtitle)

Thanks

  • Yes, you can turn on the closed captions by clicking the CC button in the video player and choosing English. That will display the English subtitles on the screen as the video plays. Unfortunately, they are only available in English. I hope this answers you question.  Also, on the TI Training page, there is a Feedback button in the top right of the page that you can click to submit feedback for the TI Training folks responsible for these videos.

    Thanks

actually subtitle files are text file with timing stamps.

Ah I see. As far as I know, that's not possible. However, please try asking via the Feedback link in the top right of the page.

Training.TI.com does not currently support downloading the TI training videos; as we intend for them to be available online. Doing this enables us to remove outdated videos and update content. As such, the transcripts are fed with the videos online; but are not available as downloadable SRT files.

Some of the videos will have subtitles in other languages (when available, these will be selectable in the CC button).

Thank you for your interest in the onDemand training.
