Hi Expert:
Customer use J6 eco design their production. They find that VDDA_1V8_PHY have ~0.2V leakage at power up state.
I test at H version of J6 EVM board. find that VDDA_1V8_PHY has the same voltage leakage.
Does this leakage is reasonable? Whether the leakage would damage J6-eco or J6 IC?
R477 -- VDDA_1V8_PHY violet wave
R475 -- VDD_GPU green wave
R474 -- PMIC_REGEN_3V3 blue wave
first picture is customer J6-eco board test wave. second picture is H version of EVM board. The third picture is just probe EVM board VDDA_1V8_PHY voltage leakage, we can see that first 2ms it have ~0.2V leakage.
