I have two quenstions:
1. Why I can not find the address of the emac slave in the TDA2X Technical Reference Manual when I look at the dra7.dtsi in Vision SDK(03.00.00):
2. Which .dts files include in the dra7-evm-infoadas.dtb? And how to build the dra7-evm-infoadas.dtb in the in Vision SDK(03.00.00).

Are you kidding? This is the dts file. It is read by the kernel. I just want to explain why the address of the slave can not be found in the TDA2x Technical Reference Manual?

Address of PHY can't be found in TRM as it is hardware dependent. TDA/DRA devices support upto 32 PHY addresses and board designer can configure/connect external PHY it to any one of these. For example DRA7xx EVM has PHYs connected at phy address 0x2 and 0x3 where as some customer can connect it at 0x0 and 0x1.
