for TDA2SXBTQABCRQ1 chip, if I have some peripheral difference with VAYU EVB, except driver porting, do I have to do some changes on SYS/BIOS configuration or anything else?

Which version of SYS/BIOS are you using? Which specific cores are you talking about? In general all the BIOS modules are portable between devices except for potentially explicit usage of ti.sysbios.family modules (e.g. there's a family specific Hwi that offers more device specific features than the ti.sysbios.hal.Hwi module does). Are you using any ti.sysbios.family modules?

I'm using VisionSDK 2.9, in which SYS/BIOS version is 6_45_01_29.
For our use case, we use different peripheral controllers compared with VAYU EVB(e.g. we connect sensor to I2C5, while VAYU connect sensor to other I2C controller, etc). I mean do we have to modify SYS/BIOS configurations to fit those hw diff.
