TDA3: Please provided LP8732 and LP8733 OTP version for TDA3x.

Hi Experts:

At TDA3x ES1.1 Data Manual (TDA3x_ABF_SR1.0_DM_vH.pdf) the opp_nor max voltage is 1.2V .

But the latest ES1.1 TDA3x data manual (( TDA3x_ABF_SR1.0_DM_vL.pdf) ) and ES2.0 data manual (TDA3x_ABF_SR2.0_DM_vC) the opp_nor max voltage is 1.11V. DM request anytime the voltage did not higher than max voltage value.

But customer design followed old version of data manual and LP8732 & LP8733 OTP voltage at BUCK0 is 1.15V, higher than data manual request.

Could you please suggest the right version of LP8732 & LP8733?

Hello Tao,

LP8732 is not changing, only LP8733 since it supplies both core rails. And the part number is not changing, so you can continue to order LP87332A device. Starting August 1, all shipments of LP87332A will have the new 1.06V core voltages.

We're recommending that customers with existing stock mark this stock as "old", or scrap the stock completely to ensure that new systems are built with the new OTP.
