TDA3x Automotive Starter Kit from D3 Engineering

Hello there,

We have TDA3x Automotive Starter Kit from D3 Engineering (https://d3engineering.com/store/product/designcore-tda3x-automotive-starter-kit/We want to know if Vision SDK can be used for developing custom ADAS apps? Should we just use "tda3xx_rvp_bios_all" build configuration in the vision SDK?

Theoritically, the TDA3x processor on both Starter Kit and RVP from D3 are the same, but curious to know if there are any differences in how the kits operate and if the SDK treats them differently?

Yes Vision sdk can be used for developing custom ADAS apps on D3 Starter kit ,
yes you need use tda3xx_rvp_bios_all

As board is different hence SDK would treat the initial board config differently depending on board

Do we need to configure anything differently? Are you aware of any customers using SDK with the TDA3x Starter Kit?

You need not configure anything differently ,
SDK will internally take care of it .
