AM3703 I2S connecting to two I2S slaves
I need clarification regarding "connecting two i2s slave devices together"
AM3703 I2S -> master
TPS65930 I2S-> slave1
HDMI Receiver I2S -> slave 2
When I am sending audio data from AM3703, it should be available to both PMIC and HDMI receiver.
Can I source both TPS65930 and hdmi receiver using am3703?
Two CC85xx slaves can easily listen to the same audio if that's what you are asking. From what you describe I understand that the master should receive audio from the AM3703 via I2S and "broadcast" this to both slaves. This is possible from a CC85xx perspective. I'm not very familiar with AM3703 or TPS65930. And what audio device are you using for slave 2?

For slave 2 I am using NXP TDA19988 HDMI 1.4 Transmitter.
I hope u understand my question very well. Thank you.
Can you please validate the following statements are ok.
1. AM3703 I2S CLOCK is connected to both TPS65930 I2S CLOCK and TDA19988 IC I2S CLOCK
2. AM3703 I2S WORD Select is connected to both TPS65930 I2S WORD SELECT and TDA19988 IC I2S WORD SELECT
3. AM3703 I2S DATA is connected to both TPS65930 I2S DATA and TDA19988 IC I2S DATA
4. So finally whatever audio data I am sending from AM3703 will be transmitted to both TPS65930 and TDA19988.
Once again thanks for your valuable input.
