How much pressure of heat sink can AM3352 chip stand?

When designing the heat sink, Mechanical Engineer wants to know how much pressure of heat sink AM3352 chip can stand. If the spring which is used to fix heat sink is too tight, AM3352 chip may be damaged.

We cannot find the data how much pressure is the limit.

A heatsink is not generally required for AM335X. That''s why I pointed you to the wiki link - to check if you really need a heatsink.
