am335x Overheated

Hi,

I am disign with AM3359BZCZA89 and HW reference starterKit board.

I test two boards, one is normal but another's cpu is overheated.

My board is sd card boot, and I use the same card to test the two boards. the power ic is tps65910a3,and connect iic to cpu.

the kernel print message :[ 3492.081787] SR 1: curr=1175000, delta_v=-4312, calc=1170688, act=1175000, gain=2c

Can you help me analyze what's wrong with my board?

I also tested that without any software(uboot kernel). The normal board is cool. but the bad board is hot.

I test the starter kit Board is also cool.

I have 5 my boards. Only one is normal . The others are overheated even if no SW run.

TPS65910A3 is not hot.

I have the same problem. In a board works, but in another board the kernel print the message:
SR 1: curr=1175000, delta_v=-17595, calc=1157405, act=1175000, gain=2d

what can be?

There's probably some kind of manufacturing issue on the board such as a short circuit. I have seen that caused by bad capacitors, etc. You should do some probing with an ohm-meter.
