In the AM3352 TRM, the EMAC address register is given as read only. So we assume that every chip has dedicated MAC Id. So we dont want to buy the same. Please confirm.

Every AM335X processor has unique MAC addresses factory-programmed.

I have noticed a similar post in which it is mentioned that an external non-volatile memory device containing unique MAC addresses if attached to AM335x can create our own MAC addresses.
