Hi,

I am interfacing the WiFi module WL1831MOD with AM335x. I am using a level translator TWL1200-Q1 between the processor and WiFi module. So can i use internal pull for the MMC interface between processor and level translator? Is there any problem in using 10k external pull for the interface between level translator and WiFi module?

Google brings up no results for TL1200-Q1. are you sure you typed this correctly?

I am sorry. The right part number is TWL1200

OK, that's different. TWL1200 has internal pullups (see Logic Diagram on page 4 of the TWL1200 datasheet) so you should not need any additional pullups. As a precaution and if PCB space allows you can place footprints for external pullups, just to make sure that there will be no unexpected behavior.
