From TRM we realized that it is not possible to direct MPU PLL clock to CLKOUT1 or CLKOUT2. We want to see the MPU PLL clocks and measure with scope. Is there any way to direct it to any other pad on Processor?

No, there is no such possibility.
Thanks for the confirmation.
But one concern we have is, when we switch from one OPP to other MPU PLL clock also changes. How do we ensure our new clock configuration is effective in hardware without measuring it?
