Hi,

We are using Calixto SOM which is based on the AM3354 processor. We are using TISDK 6.0. We are developing the application in QT creator. In our application we wanted to configure the brightness of the display which is connected through VGA port. Please let me know the procedure to configure the brightness through software.

Hi Rajeswari,

The AM335X LCD controller outputs parallel RGB data in raster mode. There are no means to adjust the picture brightness through the LCD driver. This will have to be done by the application SW. Or do you mean backlight brightness?
