Hi Tomy,
1. The EVM has one ethernet port: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_General_Purpose_EVM_HW_User_Guide
2. NAND is MT29F2G08ABAEAWP 2Gb 8bit wide flash memory: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_General_Purpose_EVM_HW_User_Guide
3. It has a 20 pin connector. To my knowledge XDS200 JTAG with the appropriate adapter will be compatible for this board: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_General_Purpose_EVM_HW_User_Guide
Boards that have two ethernet ports are:
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Boards
processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Boards
Other than having two ethernet ports I don't see any advantages of those boards compared to TMDXEVM3358. Both of them have less ram (512MB), compared to 1GB for TMDXEVM3358; smaller NANDs chips and don't have displays. Of course, choosing which board to use, depends mainly on your specific use case.
Best Regards,
Yordan
You can find all the design files here: http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/AM335x_General_Purpose_EVM_Board_Design_Files#Rev_1.5 Rev.1.5 is the one with DDR3.
