We're using PSP 04.06.00.11
We're using Mobile LPDDR ,
power consumption that supported by STD BSP not match the target and the power consumption of our device .
after some optimizations we did we noticed that the only way to stand in our power requirnments is to put EMIF in standby mode in CPU IDLE .( we defined new Customized C state with EMIF standby + RAM Self Refresh +MPU PLL bypass .
most of the time system is stable BUT for some reason we're seeing memory crash from time to time when EMIF goes to stand by mode .( when this C state is enabled )
Can you please define the sequence to enter/exit EMIF from / to standby mode ?
