Hello,

We are designing custom board with AM5728 processor.Is it possible to support 32GB eMMC flash on this processor?

Can i use SDIN9DS2-32G (SanDisk Corporation ) , In this  HS400 mode is supported. and standard e.MMC 5.01 interface.

Any suggestion for 8 GB NAND Flash part no , that can be connected with AM5728 ?

    Hi,

    There are no size restrictions for eMMC. If you intend to use it as a booting device please read section 33.3.7.6 from the AM572X TRM Rev. E. Also make sure you check the AM572X Errata Rev. G document (see Table 1-1 for eMMC related Errata list).

    For NAND please read section 33.3.7.4 from the AM572X TRM Rev. E.

    hi,

    we r designing a custom board using am5728, we have not provided a SD card connector / interface.. we only have eMMC flash onboard as storage device. can u pls confirm that  it is possible to flash all the bootloaders and rootfilesys on the eMMC with Booting from external SD card.

    can u pls provide a link to a document for flashing the Bootloaders and root file sys on to the eMMC.
