Hi,

After referring to datasheet (REVISED FEBRUARY 2016) of latest AM5718, contents of Chip select of EMIF are changed as follows.

old datasheet "up to 4GB Across Two Chip Selects"
new datasheet "up to 2GB across single chip select"

Is there a problem with the correspondence of 4GB 32bit of DDR3L that I use ddr1_cs0,ddr1_cs1?

Hi,

The new datasheet is correct. In addition ddr1_odt1 (AC17) and ddr1_csn1 (AB16) should not be used in any memory configuration. Please contact your TI FAE for details.

Hi Biser,

Thank you for quick reply.
Our customer must use DDR memory of 4GByte.
If AM5718 cannot use CS1 of the DDR, how will become "Table 2-8 MPU Memory Map" of the technical reference manual of AM5718?
Will it be to have been able to use only DDR memory of MAX 2GByte?
