AM437x max. GPMC clock in async read access

Dear all,

looking at the AM437x GPMC configuration for asynchronous Read Access (chapter 9.1.5.1.4; SPRUHL7E), the timings are a little confusing.

According to the AM437x datasheet, the maximum clock for the GMPC is specified with 100MHz.

Why we are calculating the asynchronous Read Access example with 104MHz, when the max. GPMC-clock is 100MHz?

Hi Matthias,

Maximum AM437x GPMC functional clock is 100MHz and timings should be calculated based on this. The examples just show how calculations should be done, they shouldn't be taken as real-life use cases.
