AM335x reference schematic for DDR3L

There is no difference in connections between DDR3 and DDR3L, except for the supply voltage (1.5V for DDR3, 1.35V for DDR3L). It's worth mentioning that DDR3L memories are backward compatible with DDR3, and can work at 1.5V too. That said, reference designs for AM335x can be found here: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../AM335x_Boards Latest revisions of GP EVM, Starter Kit, Beaglebone Black, all have DDR3 memories. The PMIC that supports 1.35V voltage for DDR3L is TPS65217D and it's connected the same way as TPS65217C (used on Beaglebone Black). See also www.ti.com/.../slvu551i.pdf
