AM3354 boot issue

one of my board stay stuck after print out RAM size: 0x00000100 bytes. It's AM3354 with DDR2 etc and booting from SD card.

What did this mean. Thank you.

If this is one board only from a batch of boards you have tested, this is very likely a manufacturing issue - bad soldering, shots circuit, etc.

It's one from a batch. Have check things on the board, e.g. power, reset, clock, boot CONFIG etc.
Seen the clock from processor to the SD card, seen the clock from processor to the DDR2 etc after power-on. The clock from processor to the SD card stop after a while - think it's after print out RAM size: 0x00000100 bytes. (Beagle-Bone-Black BSP was used)

Like to get more ideas.

Connect with JTAG (and load symbols from your u-boot-spl) and see what it's doing. Did it hit an exception? Is it looking for something (like the EEPROM) that doesn't exist on your hardware?
