Hello Kemal,

I managed to get the splash screen works from u-boot. Now I want the kernel to preserve this image and use it as it's logo/splashscreen .
I think I need to the drm to preserve the video memory initialized by u-boot. is it possible to do that?

I'm not looking to customize splash screen that are loaded from rootfs/userspace. instead I'm trying to customize kernel logo. the image loaded before rootfs. I want the kernel to use the same image that has been initialized by u-boot. this is described here: www.denx.de/.../LinuxSplashScreen
so I need to support CONFIG_FB_PRE_INIT_FB.
