TPS65218 goes to WAIT_PWR_EN state after AM437x kernel shutdown

Hi All,

I'm using AM437x + TPS65218, when I do "shutdown" command in kernel, the board will be shutted down,

but after that when I push the PB button(power up the board), the PMIC will enter WAIT_PWR_EN state after about 20s, 

I have dumped the registers of AM437x:

RTCSS_STS_REG: 0x82

RTCSS_INTRS_REG:0x10

RTCSS_PMIC:0x30000

And the PMIC_PWR_EN line is always LOW.

I have to remove the charger and then connect the charger, then the board can boot up normally.

Does anyone have ideas for this issue?
