Hi Sir

We used AM437x with TI RTOS for development.

After checking the SDK, it seems only support USB MSC for dev/host.

Does TI have any plan to support USB CDC or HID driver ? Or where can we find the sample code for reference ?

Hi,

Sorry the Processor SDK RTOS USB driver only supports USB MSC class, no CDC or HID. Are you able to use Linux RTOS for this purpose, which supports them?

I filed the request of USB driver support for HID and CDC. I will update you when we have plan for this.

For the USB HID support, can you elaborate what is the end equipment in this case? Like mouse, keyboard?

Hi Eric,

I am developing a fixed barcode scanner with RFID reader option. The USB0 port is a USB HID device to output decoded barcode data. The USB1 port is a USB CDC device to output readed RFID tag ID.
