Make an SD Card and boot a board. Then to see how much flash is used
df -h
To see how much RAM is used

Both RAM and flash size depend on what you want to do. The prebuilt tisdk root file system takes up about 1.2GB. There is a much smaller file system that take up less than that. With applications running, the memory used is about 180MB.
