Linux/AM3352: UBIFS changes to read only

Part Number: AM3352

Tool/software: Linux

I am using linux-3.2.0-psp04.06.00.11 for TI AM3352 based device. The product is deployed in field for more then 1 year and working properly until recently when it was unable to save some files. We observed that the UBIFS goes to read only mode and no files can be saved in this mode. I checked the error message and the error message is as below:

UBIFS error (pid 1274): ubifs_write_inode: can't write inode 150, error -30

UBIFS error (pid 1274): make_reservation: cannot reserve 160 bytes in jhead 1, error -30

Once the system is rebooted, the UBI file system recovers but again after some time it goes to read only mode. This can be recreated and the system goes to read only mode in 4-5 hours. We are using 256MB NAND Flash and system boots from flash.

It's very urgent, please advise how to overcome this issue.
