Hello,

I have a customer that has been relying on an old Windows XP machine to flash their AM3703 using TI's Flash Tool v1.5.1.0.

They are hoping to have a newer process for this in case the Windows XP machine crashes. The rest of the company is moving to Windows 10.

I have linked them to our Flash Tool V1.6, but are there any options that will work on Windows 10?

Is Uniflash4 a possibility? They tried Uniflash3 but couldn't get anywhere. They use Micron NAND.

Ryan,

I'm sorry, but we don't have a good Windows 10 solution at this time. A virtual machine with an older version of Windows on Windows 10 might work, but I haven't tried it.

Uniflash will not work with AM37xx to my knowledge.

for anyone with similar issue:
Flash tools can work with windows 7,10, 64 bit.
It need to be "run as administrator"

Hi Ranchu,

This customer was able to get Flash 1.6 to run on Windows 7 32bit.
