BEAGLEBOARD-X15: U-boot commands missing

I just test with U-Boot 2017.01 that is coming with AM572x TI PSDK v4.03, and tftp command is available:

=> tftp
ethernet@48484000 Waiting for PHY auto negotiation to complete......

U-Boot steps for compilation are

1) git clone github.com/.../u-boot
2) cd u-boot/
3) git checkout v2017.01 -b tmp

From this step below onwards iam facing problem : site reply that unexpected fault is happen in server like that...

4) git pull --no-edit git://git.ti.com/ti-u-boot/ti-u-boot.git ti-u-boot-2017.01
5) git checkout 590c7d7fe15d06a4d708403d3234bcd01cd039e1
6) wget -c rcn-ee.com/.../0001-beagle_x15-uEnv.txt-bootz-n-fixes.patch
7) patch -p1 < 0001-beagle_x15-uEnv.txt-bootz-n-fixes.patch
8) make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=${CC} distclean
9) make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=${CC} am57xx_evm_defconfig
10) make ARCH=arm CROSS_COMPILE=${CC}

Then iam facing new problem like enabling the some command line interface like UMS and TFTP.

When i enabling the command UMS .I got error message that i attached in below

Please try with the official TI u-boot:

ti-processor-sdk-linux-am57xx-evm-04.03.00.05/board-support/u-boot-2017.01

Please add the below line in u-boot-2017.01/configs/am57xx_evm_defconfig file

+ CONFIG_CMD_USB_MASS_STORAGE=y

Then generate new u-boot following the below guidelines:

Can you try with u-boot-2016.11 that comes with DRA7x PSDK v3.04 (link below)?

This u-boot comes with UMS command enabled by default. Please build it with am57xx_evm_defconfig.

The below wiki has some info regarding UMS usage:

i can't able to get that UMS command in u-boot and i tried every thing that results are post in the previous forms.
if any there to resolve the problem. Any doubt what i have done please see the above form of mine.
