PurePath console request
Part Number: PCM5142
I purchased a Allo Piano 2.1 DAC which has (2) PCM5142 on it. I need the purepath software to configure the DSP. I have requested it twice, both times denied, because "email doesn't match". I have yet to find out what the email needs to match, how to change the email to match, or even why a customer has to go through all of this just to get a piece of software to configure an item that I purchased that was manufactured by TI.

Thanks Paul, I really appreciate your help.
In reply to Dave Sanders:
I got access to the Purepath Console but I actually need the PurePath Studio Graphical Development Environment so that I can work with the DSP process flows.
