Dear

We have tested CE fail at low frequency.

The fail issue happens when we plug speaker.

Do you have any comment?

I assume you use LC filter as the output filter (Not ferrite bead). If you need to pass CE test with ferrite bead, you need select TI's latest inductor free ClassD (TPA3136D2 or TPA3140D2). TPA3136D2 is PIN2PIN with TPA3110D2, I think you can also use it pin2pin with TPA3111D1 (Just check the datasheet)

I have used bead for filter EMI, but can't filter this issue. I have used common choke to solved this issue, but I never see this method before. Can you comment? So, TPA3111D1 have emi issue must added LC filter to filter low frequency?

Maybe you can add an EMI filter on PVCC and have a try. But I strong suggest you use TPA3136D2 and config it to PBTL mode, so it can PIN2PIN with TPA3111D1.
For the EMI filter design, you can take www.ti.com/.../snva489c.pdf as your reference.
