TINA/Spice/LME49724: LME49724 Turn-Off Time and Turn-On Time

Part Number: LME49724
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TINA-TI,

Tool/software: TINA-TI or Spice Models

Hi,

I want to use the ENABLE FUNCTION of LME49724.

I need to know Turn-Off Time and Turn-On Time, which is not written in the datasheet.

Can you tell me this information or update the datasheet so it will be helpful when the customers want to use this function?

Regards,

Caleb

  • Hi Caleb,

Does a bench test to know the enable/disable time would be fine for you? If yes, I can work on testing one device to obtain this time.

  • Hi Ivan,

Yes, a bench test is fine to me.

    Please work on this.

    Thanks,

    Caleb

  • Caleb,

The enable time is as specified in the data sheet:

Regarding the disable time it might be higher depending on external components, but it should be in the order of hundreds of micro-seconds.

You should take into account that output load and external components might affect this enable/disable times as there would be some capacitance that would need to charge/discharge.
