Part Number: PCM2903C
I'm using PCM2903C in my project. The typical application circuit mentioned in datasheet contains an AND gate. Why that AND gate is used?
Please help me out in this concern.

The AND is used to pull-up D+ signal only when both Vbus and VDD are provided to the device. As this part is not USB-powered, this method is used to make sure the part is not active until the relevant supplies are stable.
