TPA6211A1: TPA6211A1-Q1 output

Dear TI:
   There are 2 quetions about TPA6211A1-Q1, please help to check:
   1, Gain= Rf/Ri, is there a limit to the gain? How many times can the gain achieved?

   2,If output pin put a cap 44uF in series, customer test output would be attenuate about 30%, customer must add the cap, what value is suitable?

    Hi Eric,

    1) You can set any gain, but you should keep in mind that the output signal could be clipped if you set a big gain as the output signal would exceed the voltage rail and this would produce output's distortion. The ideal gain is 2V/V.
    2) The coupling capacitor and the load forms a high-pass filter, so you could use a higher capacitor value so that the filter only attenuates low frequencies. You could refer the product folder of the Headphone devices to find another alternative.
