TPA3110D2: change PVCCL, PVCCR to control volume

Part Number: TPA3110D2

I'm using TPA3110D2 and trying to control volume by adjust the PVCCL/PVCCR.

Is there any other problem when changing the voltage during the amp operation.

Hi Sujin-san,

Unfortunately, TPA3110D2 is one of closed loop devices as the following block diagram, so the gain cannot be controlled even if adjusting the PVCCL/PVCCR voltage.

Hi Sujin,

Kato-san gave the perfect answer in above. The gain is not adaptable with power supply, and this device has 4 gain settings(refer to section 9.3.2 in the datasheet).
