TAS3251: Download unsuccessful in PBTL mode

Hello

I set TAS3251EVM in PBTL mode, and use PPC3 to tune TAS3251.

In the step of "Running Hardware Checks", GUI indicates that "Download unsuccessful", and "I2C error:error communicatting with the device".

How can I to fix this issue?

while set the device in BTL mode, it is OK.

Hi Jesse,

It seems the PBTL mode has the device address as 0x96 instead of the BTL version talking to 0x94. If you remove J19 ADR1, this will set the I2C address on the EVM to 0x96, and it should work with the PBTL mode in PPC3. I will notify the software team to update this.

And, in the step of "System Gain Calibration", the Item of "Enter the observed voltage: ", which voltage is it? PVDD that i mearured?

Hi Jesse,

The observed voltage is the AC voltage on the output of the amplifier after the LC filter.
