TPA3144D2: Asking for the TPA3144 GVDD value

Hi Team,
cusotmer uses TPA3144 for the new project.
We use the TPA3144 EVM PVDD 7.5V to get the GVDD 6.91Vrms.
however, customer's PCB board PVDD 7.7V, only get the GVDD 5.3V. so the gain value is wrong for the original setting.

Why the LDO output has much different GVDD value? Please provide your comment and usggestions.

Could you please provide the relation between PVDD and GVDD curve?

Hi Scott,
GVDD pin is not supposed to be used for the external circuit. It should be only used for the AMP setting. Could you please show me the SCH?

Hi Scott,
Can't find obvious issue in the SCH. One small issue is that R6038 on 1SPW pin should be 0Ohm to GND. Could you please remove all of the load circuit on the GVDD pin(R6030~6034) and measure the voltage on it? How much is the voltage on the AMP AVCC pin? Is it possibly a soldering issue? We never heard of this issue before.
