Our customer used PCM3070 and encounter usb setup issue (Use Win7 system) as attached file.

Have any suggest to overcome it.

Hi, Lin,

It is possible that the EVM firmware is corrupt, please follow the steps on this FAQ post to revive the EVM.

Hi Deigo,

After checked and we follow the PCM3070 EVM connect flow(see figure1)

Our D2 illuminate work, that's means hardware is operational but still can't see the USB hardware(See figure2)
